Hi Abigail

In these unconventional times, we have all had to adapt our working strategies to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. Added to our increased workloads is the need to keep on top of our mental and physical wellbeing, manage unpredictable IT issues and create an effective space to make working from home comfortable.

On Thursday 1 July our brand new online conference Positive Remote Working will be taking place.

You'll discover:

  • Tricks on how to boost your productivity remotely
  • Techniques to help you deliver a presentation online, including how to make the most of technology
  • Skills towards building a positive and open culture for your organisation
  • Advice on how to support and supervise your remote working team
  • How to adapt to a hybrid work setting, from your home to the office

And much more!

Must-read books for you and your team

‘Go into many offices of CEOs in our sector and you will find well-thumbed copies close at hand. Its ideas have got many of us over rough ground more lightly. Perhaps it should be retitled “In Case of Emergency Open Here”!’.

Peter Wanless, Chief Executive

What it's about: So you’ve got the top job … now what?

Many people find themselves in a senior leadership role without the formal training or support they may have had before.

It’s Tough at the Top is a practical, no-nonsense guide to upper-level management from a respected leader in the voluntary sector.

Who it's for: This book is for newly appointed chief executives and organisation leaders.

It will also be of great use to those who’ve been in post for some time who could (secretly) do with a refresh, and to those who are considering applying for top-level positions.

Get your copy of It's Tough at the Top and receive a free copy of Core Coaching.
