Women in Leadership - Online conference on Thursday 25 September

Join us for the 2025 Women in Leadership Conference, where celebration and skills are the focus.

Women in leadership roles serve as role models for other women and girls, inspiring them to pursue leadership positions. This helps create a pipeline of future female leaders and promotes gender equality. By embracing and supporting women in leadership roles, we create more effective, inclusive and impactful organisations at the heart of our sector.

At this year’s event you will gain valuable insight from those who have ‘been there and learned lessons.’ You’ll also leave with practical, actionable points for managing priorities and workload, making sense of the numbers, strategic thinking and working with your board.

Inspiring keynote and panel speakers, practical skills sessions and lots of opportunity for engagement and participation make this a must attend event for Women in Leadership.
