We couldn’t hold this conference without talking about AI as it’s increasingly becoming a tool that those in the sector need to understand and use. But with lots of information and tools out there, it’s hard to know where to start and what to use AI for.
In this session, we will look at how to utilise AI in charity marketing including assisting with creating personalised content, automated campaigns and data analysis. We will also discuss the potential threats and risks to be aware of when using AI.

In this session, we’ll explore how to ensure your charity’s communications are inclusive and accessible to all. We’ll look at website content, social media posts and the importance of alt text, email campaigns, design and printed material.
We will go through practical actions and discuss best practice to ensure your communication is fully accessible. This session will be relevant to those wanting to evaluate their current communications as well as those who already have a specific goal to enhance the accessibility and effectiveness of their messaging.

Used correctly, data is a very powerful insight and plays a big role in the success of your marketing. This session will discuss the tools and techniques for collecting, analysing, and applying data insights to enhance marketing efforts. We’ll also look at integrating your communications with your CRM system and why this is important.
Session B: Building Long-Term Collaborative Relationships
Collaborations with businesses, influencers, or other nonprofits can introduce your charity to new audiences, enhance your campaigns and have greater impact to the messages you put out. In this session, we will look at:
