Why Come?
There’s an old saying in this sector – everything’s changing, so it’s business as usual. OK we might have to accept that as an occupational hazard in charities, but from time to time, we are facing exceptional or unique challenges. In this session we will consider how the people you are leading are responding – or reacting – to what is going on, and how you, as leader, can provide the extra support and impetus needed to get everyone through. The session should also assure you; you are not alone, and tough times don’t last forever.
Who should attend?
This session is aimed at Leaders and Senior Managers of small charities
