Creating Values Led Behaviours

Why come?

Our organisation values should underpin everything we do. In this session we will look at how we make our values leave the glossy poster and webpage and become a reference and action point for how we do things, from decision-making to conduct at work.

Anyone responsible for making sure that values are ‘alive’ within the team and the organisation.
