A very handy flow-chart for campaigners and trustees

One of the biggest problems with the Lobbying Act is that it is difficult to understand whether or not it is necessary for a particular charity to register with the Electoral Commission. Very few charities can afford to hire a fancy legal expert to help them. So we have produced this flow-chart to help campaigners and trustees figure out what they need to do under the act.
