Management & leadership, Management

The Charity Management Conference - Online on Thursday 6 March

Our annual management conference returns for 2025!

Managers have a crucial role in the overall leadership structure of any organisation. They are often the ones who fill the gap between the Board, CEO and senior managers and have to juggle those demands as well as the needs and challenges of the people they manage and for whom they are accountable. Finding that balance can be difficult and sometimes feel overwhelming.

This conference will look at some of the key areas you may be concerned about and is a mix of keynotes, workshop sessions and an opportunity to network with fellow attendees. You will hear from a range of speakers on key areas such as understanding the manager/leader dichotomy, getting your work done whilst managing your team members, understanding the power of delegation, managing performance, dealing with differences and thereby keeping yourself and your team well.

This conference is critical for anyone in a middle or high-level management role in any size or type of charity.

What is included in the price?

Attendance to the conference, keynote sessions, session talks and a networking session.

You will also have access to the post-conference hub, which will consist of:

  • Digital copy of It’s Murder in Management
  • All presentations and handouts
  • Links to other useful resources
  • Recordings of all sessions
