People's Health Trust - Communications and Branding Online Course

This free half-day (3 hour) online course is for funded partners of People’s Health Trust. Sessions are open to whoever is best placed to attend, for example staff, volunteers and Trustees. There is no charge to attend.

Public benefit organisations need to appeal to and engage with many stakeholders, good communications is vital as it impacts on every facet of an organisation. This course will take you through communications and branding for your organisation.

Anyone new to communications and branding, or anyone responsible for overseeing branding, communication and marketing activities.

  • Marketing as a skill, not a project
  • Aligning your message with your purpose
  • How to identify your key message and tone, key audiences, and key ways to reach those audiences
  • Social media and social messaging platforms
  • Moving from planning to engagement in marketing – tools, resources, and approaches to help you implement your communication strategy
  • Briefing external partners and agencies
